With the improved funnel analysis report
Having a good overview of how your sales funnel is performing is invaluable.
After all, the performance of your funnel can mean the difference between disappointing sales results and breaking all sales records.
That’s why we’ve updated the Funnel Analysis report in the Insights > Revenue dashboard to more accurately analyze how your opportunities move through the funnel.
It now gives you a clear idea of how ghana phone number data well your opportunities are being converted from one stage to the next and how long it takes.
Measure your funnel conversion rates
If you’re wondering how your opportunities convert at each stage of the sales funnel, the new report will help you answer that question.
For all closed opportunities during the selected period, it calculates how many of them moved to the next stage (and not directly to the “lost” stage).
Based on this, it also calculates how many opportunities from a specific stage have reached the “Won” stage or reached a 100% winning probability (instead of moving to the “Lost” stage).
When you have accurate data on the probability of an opportunity being won at a specific stage, you can also tailor these probabilities to each stage in Settings > Configure Pipelines. This will make your revenue forecasts more accurate.
Know how long your opportunities remain at each stage
The Funnel Analysis report not only promote the coverage in several channels measures. I therefor conversions, but also the average length of time won opportunities (that were won or. I therefor reached 100% win probability) stayed at each stage.
